TLGV provide training for LGV drivers and HGV drivers.

TLGV needed a solution to the problem of masses of paperwork which was being generated by instructors and then the information contained then having to be entered into their internal systems for reporting and legal purposes.

TLGV approached Sapere Mobile with the aim of providing all instructors with PDA software to record candidate information and record performance of candidates whilst under test conditions. The main aim of this was to remove the need to store information on paper to later store the same information digitally.

It's also freed up the instructors to concentrate on their instruction rather than instructing and collecting information as well."

Outdoor Ambition provide outdoor activities for the public sector.

Outdoor Ambition approached Sapere Mobile with the aim of removing the need for paper based risk assessments. Outdoor Ambition had for some time conducted assessments using pen and paper and then entered the information into an internal application which generated the necessary documentation.

Sapere Mobile took this existing process and provided software for the completion of risk assessments on site which then allowed instructors to easily assess a site or building and remove then need for the paperwork to be completed manually. Sapere mobile also produced a web application to easily allow downloads of the documentation which had been completed within the handheld devices.
